plants are living, true, and if we abide by the idea that “all living things have rights” then plants should have rights. but, do plants really have FEELINGS? do they understand when they are being wronged? do they feel pain the way that animals do?… i don’t think so.

very, very well said. it’s stupid to push these girls to act all “parent-approved” when they’re at an age where it’s natural for them to be exploring their sexuality and the like. unfortunately for them, it must play out in public.

it does seem pretty stupid… they weren’t being disruptive. if they had brought a boom box and refused to leave, then fine, arrest them. the police seem a bit power hungry.
