i don’t know classical music very well, but from the video i could tell that he was GOOD. still, when i’m in the metro i usually just like to get where i’m going, so i don’t think i would have stopped.

it does seem pretty stupid… they weren’t being disruptive. if they had brought a boom box and refused to leave, then fine, arrest them. the police seem a bit power hungry.

most of these are in NYC, which is completely unsurprising to me. i mean, i know that the mcdonalds across from the nederlander is insane, and the whole foods in columbus circle, and the barnes and noble in union square is enormous.
