very, very well said. it’s stupid to push these girls to act all “parent-approved” when they’re at an age where it’s natural for them to be exploring their sexuality and the like. unfortunately for them, it must play out in public.
i don’t know classical music very well, but from the video i could tell that he was GOOD. still, when i’m in the metro i usually just like to get where i’m going, so i don’t think i would have stopped.

most of these are in NYC, which is completely unsurprising to me. i mean, i know that the mcdonalds across from the nederlander is insane, and the whole foods in columbus circle, and the barnes and noble in union square is enormous.

i remember reading that beijing brought in translators to go around and fix their signs so that they wouldn’t be embarrassed during the olympics.

i read about this website in rolling stone about a year ago… i LOVE it. i wish i could figure out how to hack in and download the songs, though!
